If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, those platforms control billing and refunds. Any refund requests must be submitted directly through the relevant store, and their refund policies apply.
3. Purchases Made on the Web
For purchases completed on our website, refunds are granted only when required by law or at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue.
